On 22 December 2021, Assistant Professor Duygu Onay Coker will be talking about peace journalism as right-based journalism, not a situation of ceasefire or lacking war/conflict but for all times journalism enriched within the focus of peace. It can be described as journalism when reporting tension or conflict without inciting violence.

On 10 December 2021, the Human Rights Day, Metin Çorabatır, Head of IGAM (Research Center on Asylum and Migration) and former UNHCR Spokesperson to Turkey will be talking about the 1951 Refugee Convention, also known as Geneva Refugee Convention on its 70th anniversary. On Human Rights Day we will be dealing with International Refugee Law and the principle of nondiscrimination. 

TED University Department of Political Science and International Relations is hosting UNDP Turkey Resident Representative Louisa Vinton on the occasion of the 76^th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations (UN).

On Thursday, March 12th, Assoc. Prof. Ceren Ergenç (Xi'an Jiaotong - Liverpool University) will be giving a seminar on "Coronavirus, International System and Orientalism".

Program; İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi ve Mühendislik Fakültesi 3. - 4. Sınıf öğrencileri (CGPA > 2,50 ) ve yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin katılımına açıktır.
